Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients referred for evaluation of Biliary ductal dilatation (defined as CBD diameter >7mm on USG , >8mm on CT abdomen and >6mm on MRCP , in those with GB in-situ); and > 10 mm in post-cholecystectomy patients with no definite etiology of CBD dilatation on cross sectional imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have undergone previous ERCP or surgical CBD exploration. 2. The patients who are not willing to give written consent 3. Patients who are HIV positive 4. Pregnant females 5. Patients with age less than 12 years 6. Unfit for sedation required for EUS examination.
