Inclusion criteria: Patients visiting dental clinic on an out-patient basis Those who can read and write Kannada Those who are willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who need emergency treatment Those who cannot read and write Kannada Those who have problems with comprehension and Those who are not willing to give informed consent
