Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I, II, III and elective patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal History of allergy to local anesthetics Oriented patients able to explain nature and extent of pain H/o peripheral neuropathy Local skin infection.

Comparing the pain reduction offered by Vapocoolant spray with respect to EMLA cream using VAS scoreTimepoint: Vapocoolant spray - 10 seconds after application EMLA cream- 30 to 45 minutes after application

To compare the pre and post procedure hemodynamics(Heart Rate, Plethysmography, Mean Arterial Pressure) between the two groups Timepoint: Baseline , 5 mins , 10 mins , 15 mins;To compare which of the methods is more cost effective in terms of Rupees Timepoint: Determined post procedure
