Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients belonging to ASA grading 1 and 2 2.patients undergoing elective surgery 3.procedures done under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients with diseases like Hypertension,vascular disoders, thyroid disoders. 2)patients with difficult intubation 3)patients on vasoactive medications 4)pregnant patients 5)Patients undergoing emergency surgical procedures 6)Patients having hypovolemia ,hypothermia

Evaluation of predictive performance of perfusion index as a predictor of hypotension following propofol induction.Timepoint: After induction with propofol till 10 minutes after intubation
