Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II Elective surgery under general aneasthesia with minimum surgical duration of 90 to 120 minutes and minimum duration of hospital stay for 2days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs Hemodynamic instability History of poly trauma,head injury,loss of consciousness Known history of COPD,Asthma Present URI History of smoking Anticipated difficult intubation
