Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40 â?? 50 years 2. Both gender 3. BMI equal to or more than 23 Kg./m2 4. Willing to participate in the study 5. Maximal aerobic power more than 30 percentile (Below Average)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any Musculoskeletal or Cardio-Respiratory problems 2.Participants who were/are currently attending any exercise programme 3. Having an autoimmune disorder 4. Pregnant and Post menopausal females
