Inclusion criteria: age 18-75yr CABG Normal sinus Ryhthm Stable hemodynamics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal chronic AF heart rate prior history of AF previous history of cardiac surgery systolic blood pressure patients with HIV ,HBsAg and HCV positive
