Intervention1: Modified Jodhpue technique: single arm, open, uncontrolled clinical study we will be assessing a modified version of Jodhpur technique in which the donor site is chosen from the periles

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed cases of focal/ segmental or generalized vitiligo. 2. Stable vitiligo for more than six months 3. Resistant to medical therapy or residual patches of previous therapy 4. Maximum size will be equal or less than 30% Body Surface Area 5. Willingness to be enrolled in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Keloidal tendency, Immunocompromised patients 3. Patients with an unrealistic expectation 4. Infection, H/s/o Herpes labialis 5. Bleeding disorders, Hypothyroidism 6. Pregnant and lactating females

1.change in extent of repigmentation from baseline to 24th week 2. equivocal color match betweeen normal and grafted skin Timepoint: Week 0,1,3,6,10,14,18 and week 24

MeasureTime frame
1. Onset of repigmentation 2. Extent of repigmentation in previously treated skin 3. Negligible side effectsTimepoint: 24 weeks
