Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with clinical symptoms of Pithathalainokkadu. Male, Female, Transgender. Age between 20 and 60 years. Patient willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and above 60 years. Patient who are not willing to give informed consent. The symptoms other than that of Pithathalainokkadu are excluded
