Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All types of hospital death among all age groups in both sexes will be entered through NCDIR-e-Mor software.The software shall aid in improving cause of death information of institutional deaths and facilitate death registration process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All deaths will be entered

MeasureTime frame
Strengthen the Medical Certification of Cause of Death (MCCD) through training and Record death events in this Institution and convert MCCD into International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codesTimepoint: Four years from 2020 to 2023.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Generate MCCD Form 4 and Death Report Form 2, necessary for death registrationTimepoint: Four years from 2020 to 2023.
