Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing kidney transplant surgery after giving consent for this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are at high cardiac risk as determined during cardiology clearance in the pre-transplant period, Fail to follow thesis protocol, Require a relook surgery of the transplanted kidney within the duration of the study, Patients with graft loss within the study period, Patients who require administration of nitroglycerine to treat other medical conditions such as angina, cardiac failure or severe hypertension during the study period and Patients who require the use of papaverine to relieve renal vasospasm.
