Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
-To compare two different doses of atracurium and its efficacy using NM monitoring for intubation conditions. Timepoint: -Grading of intubating conditions after induction and neuro muscular monitoring (TOF) will be done till the spontaenous efforts of breathing. NMT will be monitored every 12 seconds from the onset of the induction of anesthesia until measurements reaches zero. After that, every ten minutes until TOF counts two twitches indicating the spontaneous recovery time from Atracurium action.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-To compare Hemodynamic responses (SBP, DBP and HR) during and after intubation.Timepoint: -Hemodynamic responses (SBP, DBP and HR) will be assessed before and after intubation. These parameters will be measured every minute for first ten minutes and then every ten minutes until TOF counts two twitches indicating the spontaneous recovery from Atracurium action.
