Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Optical Defocus group 1. Age greater than 18years 2. Emmetropes: Based on subjective refraction, the eye with no refractive error that is power is Plano in both eye and Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) is 6/6 or better monocularly. Neural deficit group 1. Age greater than 18years 2. Individuals who are clinically diagnosed to have Glaucoma and Age-Related Macular Degeneration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Optical defocus group 1. Subjects with the history of ocular surgery. 2. Subjects with a known history of allergy to cyclopentolate. Neural deficits group 1. Subjects who are not able to respond even for the largest stimulus size monocularly with best optical correction.
