Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Confirmed diagnosis by orthopedic surgeon with Radiological evidence as degenerative joint disease of hip joint, knee complex and ankle joint. Age- 35 to 75 Patients who have not received any analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs 3 days prior to assessment Willing to participate Conscious and coherent Patients complaining pain for more than 3 weeks of duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic inflammatory pain Transgender Pain due to unknown etiology Radiculopathies Infective etiologies secondary to metastatic diseases
