Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Building an Indian SARS-CoV2 Host Genetics Consortium â?? Collect samples from SARS-CoV2 patients with high quality clinical metadata across India to capture diverse genetic and demographic backgrounds from multiple collaborating hospital sitesTimepoint: 1ST YEAR

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Immunogenetic Data Generation â?? Create a shared resource of SARS-CoV2 clinical phenotypes and molecular biomarkers, including genetic, immunogenetic, gene expression profiles. 2.Predictive Biomarker Identification and Application â?? Identify potential predictive biomarkers for disease severity, progression, and outcome using advanced bioinformatics and big data machine learning techniques.Timepoint: 2nd Year
