Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term gravida ,singleton pregnancy without any complication reported previously undergoing elective lscs under spinal anaesthesia ,with normal fetal heart rate ,height >150 cms to <160 cms ,weight between 45-70 kg

1.To find out the proportion of patients who developed hypotension in preloading group under spinal anaesthesia in elective caesarean section. 2.To find out the proportion of patients who developed hypotension in coloading under spinal anaesthesia in elective caesarean section. 3.To compare the effect of preloading or coloading on mean blood pressure in elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.Timepoint: Baseline values at 0 minute,every 2 minutes for first 10 minutes ,then every 5 minutes for 60 minutes

1.To compare the heart rates between two groups. 2.To compare total usage of ephedrine between two groups. 3.To compare the total amount of crystalloid infusion. 4.To compare the umbilical arterial pH of newborn.Timepoint: Baseline values at 0 minute,every 2 minutes for 10 minutes and then every 5 minutes for 60 minutes
