Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients Fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for Guillain Barre Syndrome as per developed by Asbury and Cornblath (1990) criteria OR BRIGHTON CRITERIA 2)Presentation within 2 weeks of symptom onset
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 18 years 2) Not consenting for study
