Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of UGI bleed with gastric varices identified as the source of bleeding at the endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS WHO HAD UNDERGONE PREVIOUS GLUE OR THROMBIN THERAPY WILL BE EXCLUDED 2.Obstruction to the venous drainage of the liver, pregnancy, a history of hypersensitivity to Thrombin or related compounds, and prior inclusion in the study
