Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: English speaking children age 10-12 years of both genders, with Body Mass Index greater than or equal to 25kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with any medical conditions such as history of physical disabilities or mental illness as per the teacherâ??s report
