Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilateral impacted mandibular third molars diagnosed for surgical extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women 2.Patients on anticoagulant therapy 3.Patients allergic to bromelain or Diclofenac Sodium 4.Use of any antibiotic or anti-inflammatory drug within 2 weeks of study entry 5.Patients with history of peptic ulcer disease/GI bleed
