Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral ocular hypertension(IOP more than 21 and less than 30) No optic nerve head and visual field changes. visual acuity more than or equal to 6/12 Conversant in Hindi or English. Willing to attend complete course of meditation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having other comorbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contribitiong to visual loss. Patient having chronic systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension. Patients with any ocular surgery in the previous 6 months. Patients already practicing yoga or meditation in any form. Patients who are deaf or communication impaired, significantly physically disabled or with subnormal mentation.
