Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing thoracic and lumbar spine surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving chronic analgesic therapy, those with a history of opioid dependence, those receiving anticoagulation or experiencing any bleeding disorder, or those who were unable to communicate with the investigators.
