Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 10 DCR (WHO, 1993) 2. Y-BOCS score of 15 or above 3. Age between 18-60 years of either sex 4. Right-handed 5. Educational qualification of class VIII and above 6. Patients giving written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM-D score of 23 or more 2. Patients with co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder 3. Patients who cannot undergo MRI scan 4. Colour blind, as indicated by Ishiharaâ??s charts
