Inclusion criteria: All preterms less than or equal to 32 weeks gestational age and/or less than or equal to 1.5 kg who are having Respiratory distress syndrome and needs surfactant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All outborn babies Major congenital anomalies
