Intervention1: Hip abductor, extensor, external rotator strengthening by theraband: 50% of 1RM, 15 reps with 5 sec hold for 8 sessions in 4 weeks Control Intervention1: Quadriceps & Hamstring Stretchi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged years 40-60 years, Who have radiological x-ray findings, Who have made American rheumatologic criteria (crepitus on active joint motion, morning stiffness 38 years, bony enlargement of the knee on examination, bony tenderness of the knee on examination, no palpable warmth), Unilateral knee OA, Insidious knee pain for at least 3 months, Both male and female were included, Participants who were willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index more than 35 kg/m2, Additional related lower limb orthopedic pathology, Other rheumatological diseases, neurologic disorder that impairs daily function, History of severe muscle injury, uncontrolled hypertension, Current or past (within 4 weeks) corticosteroid use, History of hip or knee joint replacement or tibial osteotomy, Intention to start or currently participating in a supervised lower limb strengthening program, Uncontrolled diabetes.
