Intervention1: Supra clavicular block with dexmeditomidine: Patients will receive ultra sound guided supraclavicular block with 20 ml of 0.75% Ropivacaine with 1 ml (100 mcg) of Dexmedetomidine and 1.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: asa 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hepatic disease; alcoholism or drug abuse; pregnancy Patients receiving adrenoceptor agonist or antagonist therapy or chronic analgesic therapy. Peripheral vascular disease Suspected coagulopathy, or known allergies
