Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with 1. reliable last menstrual period 2. POG 28-34 weeks 3. Abdominal circumference less than 3rd centile on intergrowth-21 charts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any medical disorder such as known diabetes mellitus, heart disease, respiratory disease,epilepsy or any other medical disorder known to cause FGR in fetus 2. Gross fetal congenital malformations on USG

1. Pulsatility index in Umbilical artery, Middle cerebral artery and Uterine artery at weekly interval [mean,SD, Proportion of those with 95th centile in umbilical and uterine artery, proportion of those with 5th centile in middle cerebral artery 2. a wave in ductus venosus [proportion with absent or reversal] 3. UV pulsation [proportion having presence of pulsation] Timepoint: at enrollment and weekly till delievery

1. mean period of gestation at onset of doppler abnormality 2. percentage of pregnancies completing at least 37 weeks gestation percentage of cesarean sections in view of fetal distress 4.percentage of fresh still births attributed to birth asphyxia 5.
