Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Flaxseed powder and lifestyle modification will improve lipid profile. the relationship with MTHFR and galectin 3 will be associated this other risk in metabolic syndromeTimepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Association and correlation of MTHFR gene and galectin -3 marker between metabolic syndrome Vs Diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease ( lipid abnormalities) will be evaluated to test for independent association.Timepoint: Approx 6 months . 5 month for Flaxseed powder supplementation.
