Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pelvic fractures undergoing damage control surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children less than 14 yrs 2. Extensive local soft tissue damage 3. Local infection 4. Early death in the Emergency Department
