Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women having clinical features of Menopausal syndrome. 2) Patients who are Nasyarha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Crippling conditions like malignancy etc. 2) The patients with any infectious disease, diabetes complications, anaemia. 3) Any Cardiac diseases. 4) Menopausal woman with untoward effect of HRT. 5) Patients who are Nasya anarha
