Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any patient with chronic respiratory diseases like Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases / Interstitial lung diseases / Bronchiectasis / Sleep-disordered in breathing /Alveolar hypoventilation disorders /Chronic exposure to high altitude / Developmental abnormality Having features of isolated right ventricle dysfunction (diagnosed by clinically history, physical examination, ECG, and by 2D echocardiography) Willing for written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years and more than 90 Pregnant women Patient with k/c/o hypertension and any history of cardiac diseases Patient who are in circulatory shock and advanced heart failure Patient with any left heart pathology Known hypersensitive to digoxin Ventricular fibrillation
