Exclusion criteria: Patient Patients not consenting for the study

To Validate the Ventral Hernia Risk Score (VHRS) in predicting surgical site infections in open ventral hernia repair.Timepoint: SSI at one month and till the end of follow up period which is two years

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare the Ventral Hernia Risk Score with Centre for Disease Control (CDC) incision classification and Ventral Hernia Working Group (VHWG) score systems. Timepoint: At one month and for the period of follow up which is 2 years;2. To identify the risk factors associated with Surgical Site OccurrenceTimepoint: At one month and for the period of follow up which is 2 years
