Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with physical and mental disability. Mothers Involved actively in care of the specially abled child. Mothers Willing to participate. Who can understand Kannada / English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA -Paid care givers -Who are not regularly attending special schools. -Who are having multiple deformities and not trainable
