Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with B C and D grade according to ASIA impairment scale Either male or female of age 20 to 50 years Spinal cord lesion due to any inflammatory traumatic cause within 6 months post trauma Incomplete spinal cord injury where average half of spinal cord is spared

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age above 50 years Patients with poly trauma Stroke chronic renal failure diabetes cognitive speech problem or any other systemic illness Patients where the development of contracture in lower or upper limb Transected spinal cord injury
