Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients of Diabetic foot infection irrespective of the Wagnerâ??s stage will be included of age more than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Pregnancy ii. Use of antiplatelet agents or fibrinolytic drugs iii. Cerebral stroke in the previous 6 months that was treated with thrombolysis iv. Myocardial infarction within the last year.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of t-PA antigen level in diabetic patients can be used as a marker for the severity of infection in diabetic foot.Timepoint: Primary outcome will be assessed after one year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Follow up the patient upto 2 years for development of new signsTimepoint: After analysis at one year,patients in both arm will be followed till 2 years and evaluated.
