Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female students. 2. Age group 19- 25 years. 3. Students with tight hamstrings (hamstring tightness of more than 30 degree. 4. Students who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic low back pain. 2. Acute or chronic hamstring injury. 3. Soft tissue injuries around knee. 4. Recent fracture in lower extremity. 5. History of bronchial asthma
