Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with normal BMI (18.5-24.9) subjects with more than 2.6cm pectoralis minor length test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with visual deficit diagnosed with balance disorder history of any fractures or soft tissue injuries of shoulder, cervical and thorax. shoulder pain neck pain and radiculopathy excessive thoracic kyphosis functional or structural scoliosis pregnancy after second trimester
