Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Intermittent claudication 2.Local skin colour changes due to ischaemia with or without ulcers 3. Feeble or absence of peripheral arterial pulsation of Dorsalis pedis artery,Anterior and Posterior tibial artery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of TAO with gangrenous changes 2. Patients with aherosclerosis, emboli, Diabetes Mellitus with peripheral neuropathy, other type of vasculitis (SLE, RA, Mixed Connective tissue disease etc) 3. Patients with bleeding disorders like Haemophilia, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP) etc.
