Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having clinical symptoms of pain in the MCP, PIP joint of hand and foot, wrist joint, elbow joint and other joints, morning stiffness more than 1hour. 2. Symmetrical joint involvement. 3.Anti-CCP positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy,Lactation,Any other infective type of arthritis, Any other serious systemic illness like cancer, cardiac, renal disease, ect, Gouty arthritis, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertention, Thyroidism (hypo and hyper)
