Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Molecular biomarkers to determine risk for malignant transformation. Non â?? invasive method of oral scrapings as a screening tool for persistent HPV detection in OPMDs.Timepoint: after 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The prevalence of current and persistent HPV infection in common OPMDs if found to be significant can strengthen the case for advocacy for safe sexual practices, risk-adapted screening strategies, differentiated follow- up and HPV vaccination to prevent HPV related cancers in oral and other sites.Timepoint: after 3 years
