Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patient who have history of daily or almost daily occurence of wide spread itching, spontaneous wheals for period of 6 weeks or more and who have autologus serum skin test positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patient on long term immunosuppressants. 2 patient who had recent vaccination. 3 pregnancy and lactating mother. 4 possible physicle urticaria such as cold-induced, pressure induced, heat contact, solar, dermographic, vibratory, aquagenic, cholinergic and drug induced urticaria.
