Intervention1: gcdtrs: ghtrsnfx Intervention2: Platelet rich plasma through microneedling.: In 30 patients undergoing microneedling , a dermaroller 2.0 mm length will be used with platelet rich plasma

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient above age of 18 years. 2. Patient with clinical diagnosis of limited alopecia areata of scalp and beard. 3. Patients with limited area not requiring systemic treatment. 4. Patients who have not received any intervention for last one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from any significant systemic illness. 2. Pregnant, planning pregnancy or lactating. 3. Prior history of anticoagulant therapy. 4. Patients with known platelet dysfunction syndrome,thrombocytopenia ( >150,000/mm3),with haemoglobin 5. Patient with known hypersensitivity to platelet rich plasma or any other form of blood components.
