Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-60 years 2. No visible facial asymmetry: Nasion, Tip of Nose, Philtrum, Symphysis menti, and mid-sternal point in one plane. 3. No visible growth or developmental defect. 4. No previous history of orthodontic or prosthodontic treatment and maxillofacial or plastic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic illness ( >4weeks of illness) 2. History of head or neck injury 3. Maxillofacial trauma 4. Neuromuscular weakness due to neurological lesion or muscular dystrophy 5. Torticollis or neck spasm
