Intervention1: topical cyclosporine: cyclosporine eye drop 0.1%, QID dose for 1 month post operatively after keratoplasty surgery for 1 month Control Intervention1: topical tacrolimus: Tacrolimus eye

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of Therapeutic Keratoplasty in patients of fungal keratitis. 2. Cases of TPK with graft size 11 mm or less. 3. Cases of TPK with graft cell count more than 1600 cells/mm3 4. Patients willing for giving consent in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of therapeutic keratoplasty having graft size 12 mm or more 2. Cases with posterior segment involvement having moderate to severe vitritis. 3. Cases not giving consent for study. 4. Cases having known allergic reaction to either drugs.
