Intervention1: No post-surgical antibiotic prophylaxis: The study participants in this group shall not be given any prophylactic antibiotic after surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing primary urethroplasty for hypospadias.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having documented urinary tract infection at start of urethroplasty. Patients having another infection requiring antibiotic in post-operative period.
