Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed covid patient with hypoxia 1. who have the following O2 requirements: i. Nasal Cannula O2 ii. Venti Mask iii. Non-Rebreather Mask 2. Bilateral infiltrate on chest Xray 3. Grossly hemodynamically stable 4. Able to adjust their own position 5. Can communicate on their own
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to participate 2. Patient unable to co-operate 3. Respiratory distress (RR >= 40, accessory muscle use) â?? 4. Immediate need for intubation â?? 5. Haemodynamic instability (SBP 6. Agitation or altered mental status 7. Unstable spine/thoracic injury/recent abdominal surgery 8. Pregnancy (2/3rd trimester) 9. Multiorgan failure
