Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient >18 yrs of age with a central venous catheter terminating in distal SVC. 2. BMI 18-30 Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical signs of elevated abdominal pressure. 2. Moderate to severe tricuspid regurgitation. 3. Patients in whom the supine position is contraindicated.
