Health Condition 1: I10- Essential (primary) hypertension

Interventions

Intervention1: Integrated Yoga Module: The integrated yoga module consisting of Loosening, breathing practices, Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation techniques will be introduced in a slow ste
session will be for 60 minute and minimum 5 days in a week. Control Intervention1: Standard conventional treatment: Participants in the control group will follow their standard conventional treatment

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed hypertension (as per JNC-7 criteria of stage 1 hypertension) for at least a period of 1 year, Age range between 25-60 years,Male only, People taking medication (any class of anti-hypertensive) or not taking medication, Consented to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those suffering from any psychiatric problem or are on any antipsychotic medication, Those who had underwent recent surgery, Those suffering from cardiac issues requiring intervention, Those who have diabetic disease, Those suffering from neurological deficits
