Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: >40 years Symptoms > 3 months Both sexes Grade I and II osteoarthritis knee by kellgren-lawrence grading Knee pain unresponsive to conservative treatment for 1 month Stiffness: Crepitus + Bony tenderness+ Bony enlargement+ No palpable warmth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cellulitis / Bursitis/AcuteInfections Polyarticular disease Steroid injection in the last 3 months. Any implants inside. Trauma Meniscal injury/Ligament Injury Rheumatoid arthritis/Gouty arthritis Cancer/ Malignant lesions. Hemophilia Use of anticoagulants and NSAIDS for past 7 days
