Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 - 70 years Known case of Uthiravatha suronitham Male and Female ,Transgender Patient who are willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who are not willing to give consent. Known case of Tubercular arthritis Known case of Any other arthritis
